"So Much for “In Stock”"
The site said the item was in stock, so I placed the order like a normal person trusting basic inventory info. Then the next day I got an email saying it was actually sold out. Super helpful. Really loved wasting my time on that little adventure.
"Hard to count on them having what I need"
Every time I check, the items I actually want seem to be out of stock. I don’t really like taking the chance on waiting around or planning a purchase here if there’s a good chance it won’t be available.
"Pretty disappointing quality for the price"
I ordered from castlesales.com because I thought it would be decent, but i was let down as soon as I opened it. The material felt thin, the edges were kind of rough, and it didn’t really match the photos like I expected.
After just a few days of normal use, one part already started coming loose, which is frustrating considering what I paid. It’s not like I was being hard on it, so that made the quality feel even worse.
Customer service was polite enough, but that doesn’t really make up for ending up with a cheap-feeling product. If this is the kind of quality they’re selling, I’ll probably take my money somewhere else next time

I feel kind of embarrassed because I kept telling myself it would show up any day, but the shipping ended up being slow. It took way longer than I expected.

"wrong info on the product page"
the product details weren’t accurate. the site said it would fit my model, but when it showed up, it didn’t fit at all. i had to return it and spend extra time getting it sorted out.

"Quick replies, even with my last-minute questions"
I had a couple questions before ordering because I’m one of those people who overthinks everything, and the team got back to me really quickly. They explained it all in a simple way and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them. I also had a small issue after checkout, probably because I was rushing and not paying enough attention, but they sorted it out the same day. it’s just nice dealing with a company that actually replies to messages. 5 stars from me.

I’m still waiting for my delivery, and like I said, the dates just keep getting pushed back. Like I said, it’s frustrating because there’s still no clear update on when it’s actually going to arrive

"Shipping cost felt way too high"
The items themselves looked fine, so I’m not saying there was anything wrong with the products. But the shipping fee was a lot more than I expected, and I don’t think it’s unreasonable to be frustrated by that. It kind of killed the deal for me, and I’m not sure I’d order again unless the shipping costs were clearer or lower.

"I did get my order placed in..."
I did get my order placed in the end, but the checkout process felt kind of shaky!!! The first time I tried to pay, it just sat there spinning forever, so I ended up refreshing the page and starting that part over!!!
The second attempt went through fine, and the confirmation email showed up quickly!!! So it wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just not the smoothest!!! I’d probably use it again, but maybe not if I was in a hurry!!!

The checkout process was a bit annoying and took longer than I thought it would. I was just trying to place my order while finishing my coffee, and I kept waiting for the next step to load. It did go through eventually, but it felt slower than it should’ve.

I had a warranty issue and, to their credit, they actually took care of it. It did take a little longer than I would’ve liked, but I feel like if a company sells something, they should stand behind it, and in this case, they did.

I thought canceling my order would be straightforward, but it ended up taking way more emails than I expected. Support did get back to me, so I’ll give them that, but the replies were slow and not always very clear. It eventually got sorted, but the whole thing felt more messy and annoying than it needed to be...

"Not something I’d recommend"
I wouldn’t recommend castlesales.com. The whole experience just felt like more of a hassle than it needed to be, and shouldn’t it be the opposite? I never really felt confident using them, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Maybe other people had a better experience, but for me? It’s a no.

I didn’t have a great time with castlesales.com. The website looked fine at first and I thought it would be simple enough, but once I actually had to deal with them it got annoying. A lot of stuff wasn’t explained proper and I kept feeling like I had to chase them for basic info.
It took way longer than I expected to get clear answers, and half the time I felt like I was just being ignored. Maybe some people have a better experience with them, I dunno, but for me it wasn’t worth the hassle and I wouldn’t use them again

"Not a great selection, and it felt careless"
I went on castlesales.com expecting to browse a decent range of stuff, but there just wasn’t much to choose from. A lot of the items I assumed they’d have were missing, and the whole site felt kind of half-done. It also gave me the impression things weren’t being handled very carefully, like nobody had really bothered to keep the listings updated or organized. I ended up giving up and buying from another site...
